LEMON8GAMES USER AGREEMENT

Pazarlama Ltd. Şti. The agreement below governs your access to and use of

Galaxia (playgalaxia.com) and other Lemon8Games platforms and services.*

Please read the following user agreement carefully. Lemon8Games allows

you to benefit from the game content and services offered if you accept

herein agreement. By clicking the "I agree" button below and/or by using

or accessing any of the platform content and services, you acknowledge

that you have read, understood and are subject to these terms of use.

1. CONTRACTING PARTIES

1.1. The parties to this User Agreement agree that the company

"Lemon8Games Yazılım Teknoloji Reklam Pazarlama Ltd. Şti." and "User".

1.2. In this agreement, the User and Lemon8Games are individually and

solely referred to as "User" and "Lemon8Games"; together, they are

referred to and mentioned as "Parties".

1.3. "Lemon8Games" refers to Lemon8Games Yazılım Teknoloji Reklam

Pazarlama Ltd. Şti.

1.4. "User" is used to refer to all natural or legal persons who, by

accessing the Lemon8Games sites and games (including Galaxia at

playgalaxia.com) with or without membership, acquire or benefit in any

way from any product and/or service offered, in whole or in part,

temporarily or permanently, in their own name and account or in the name

and/or account of other persons or institutions. User title, rights and

obligations are evaluated subject to the conditions set forth below,

with unauthorized access being discrete.

1.5. "Site" means Lemon8Games' platforms and games, including

www.playlemon8.com and playgalaxia.com.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. With this agreement ("User Agreement"), the terms of granting

permissions to use and benefit from the games, applications, websites

(www.playlemon8.com, playgalaxia.com) and other services offered by

Lemon8Games shall be determined. The terms of use of all kinds of games

and digital content published and included on these websites are

determined. Lemon8Games sites and games may only be used for entertainment

purposes. It is not possible to use the Site for commercial purposes, to

generate income or for any other similar purpose. The user agrees that

Lemon8Games may use its services and content only in a non-commercial

manner and for personal use.

2.2. Lemon8Games has the right and authority to partially or completely

update and change the terms contained in this agreement due to changes

in the content of the site, updates to the products or services offered,

the provision of new products or services or similar reasons. The

Company may change, amend and update the terms of this agreement and

the Privacy Policy and User Agreement over all products and services

within its own discretion. These changes are published on the Site and

Applications and shall be valid from the date of publication. Users

agree to periodically review the contract and other related rules and

regulations to be informed of any possible corrections and revisions.

The use of games or other related content and services after the

effective date of any changes means that users accept all changes.

Users who do not want to accept the amended terms and conditions have

free will to close their accounts.

2.3. The User may not claim, request or declare that he/she has not

been informed of the changes or updates made by Lemon8Games in this

manner; if he/she has been notified directly by Lemon8Games, or if

he/she has accessed the Site at a date after the changes or updates

have occurred, or if he/she has directly or indirectly benefited from

any content hereunder, or that the aforementioned changes cannot/shall

not be applied to him/her.

3. PROHIBITION OF UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

3.1. The User does not have the right to use the access information or

other authorizations of the User account on the Lemon8Games sites

temporarily or permanently to a third party under any circumstances. In

the event of contrary uses, the person or persons to whom the User

account is made available may be identified by Lemon8Games, and in this

case, the relevant account may be permanently or permanently suspended

and the use may be terminated.

3.2. The account holder is solely responsible for the consequences of

account usage actions to other people other than the user. In such a

case, persons who partially or completely, temporarily or permanently

use someone else's User account under any circumstances cannot claim

any rights or claims against Lemon8Games. The service provided under

the terms of this Agreement is for the personal use of the user only

and is subject to a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license

for the use of the services. Users may not sublicense, rent, lend, or

otherwise transfer the software or service. In addition, he/she may not

modify, adapt, reverse engineer, obtain source code from the software,

or use the software or service except as expressly provided in this

contract.

3.3. Unauthorized access and use may be subject to legal sanctions

before the competent official authorities to the extent that they are

considered unlawful.

3.4. The User accepts and undertakes that he/she is aware of the

above-mentioned legal sanction risk and that he/she jointly undertakes

the results together with the persons to whom he/she has made use of

his/her account. Persons who use their user accounts without

authorization are liable to Lemon8Games together with or individually

with the account holders under this agreement, but it is not possible

for these persons to claim or demand that they are a party to this

agreement.

3.5. Unauthorized access and unauthorized use of someone else's account

do not provide the user with the rights and title granted to the "User"

within the meaning of this contract. On the contrary, those who perform

the aforementioned actions are deemed to have accepted and undertaken

with the User that they shall be subject to the obligations imposed on

the User by this agreement against Lemon8Games.

3.6. This Agreement cannot be qualified as any cooperation relationship,

any partnership relationship or any other legal treatment that results

in any transfer of rights from Lemon8Games to the User under any name

whatsoever between the parties.

3.7. Users and unauthorized persons/institutions are personally and

severally liable for all kinds of damages incurred by Lemon8Games due

to the above-mentioned situations and other unlawful acts due to

unauthorized access, and all kinds of compensation rights of

Lemon8Games are reserved.

4. CONCLUSION AND ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE AGREEMENT

4.1. With this Agreement, it is legally established as binding on the

parties from the moment the user accesses any Lemon8Games content on or

through the site by creating account information.

4.2. The Agreement shall remain in force in a legally binding manner

for the period during which the user accesses the site and benefits

from its contents in any way after its establishment.

4.3. If the user wishes to terminate the validity of the contract,

he/she may request it by notifying Lemon8Games in writing after closing

his/her user account. Lemon8Games may suspend the user's account(s)

temporarily or permanently or terminate the contract immediately and

without notice without any payment obligation if an action or

transaction is determined to be partially or completely contrary to the

terms of the contract.

4.4. Lemon8Games has the right and authority to make partial or

holistic changes, modifications, additions, updates without any time

and part limitation as a result of the needs that may arise due to

reasons such as the technologies used on its site, innovations and

improvements to be offered, new products and contents, obligations

imposed by legislative changes, updates, partial and holistic changes

to existing products, services and contents.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All kinds of games, content and services and all kinds of services

and content offered on Lemon8Games sites (including Galaxia at

playgalaxia.com) belong to Lemon8Games Yazılım Teknoloji Reklam

Pazarlama Limited Şirketi in person and alone.

5.2. All platforms, games and content and/or services of Lemon8Games

accounts, including text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces,

software, source code, API, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive

features, trademarks, logos and their edits, are owned and protected

by Lemon8Games. It is protected by applicable intellectual and

industrial property laws and other relevant legislation in force. The

user agrees not to copy, modify, lend, sell, rent, license, download,

process, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, display, create

derivative works for any purpose or exploit such content for any

purpose.

5.3. The content duly acquired by the user may be used within the

framework of the forms and rules determined by Lemon8Games, but does

not grant ownership rights over these contents. The general provisions

of Law No. 5846 apply in this regard. Any provision of herein this

Agreement or purchase of any Lemon8Games product does not give the

user ownership of any content or grant any other right or license over

the content. Any content, product or service acquired through

Lemon8Games allows the user to use the content it contains only within

the limits of personal use and goodwill.

5.4. All products, services or content obtained by the User from

Lemon8Games sites must be used in accordance with the characteristics

of the relevant asset, the terms of use to which it is subject, the

principles and legal regulations to be determined by Lemon8Games.

5.5. The right to use any content obtained by the User belongs

exclusively to the User who made the acquisition, subject to the terms

of use of the relevant content.

5.6. The User uses any content obtained from the Lemon8Games sites

only for the purpose of presenting and obtaining the relevant content.

Processing, changing, decomposing, reproducing, copying and similar

processes for purposes other than the purpose of use are considered to

be contrary to this Agreement.

5.7. Some content or products can only be offered for a certain period

of time. For this reason, the user agrees, declares and undertakes not

to use, maintain, access, copy, distribute, share, disclose or make

accessible to third parties in any way after the expiry of this period.

6. OWNERSHIP OF OTHER CONTENT ACCESSED

6.1. All kinds of digital media, websites, products or content,

including advertisements of third parties or institutions, can be

accessed from Lemon8Games sites.

6.2. All methods and procedures such as making third party content,

including advertisements accessed from Lemon8Games sites, accessible

within or outside the Site subject to access, redirection or other

procedures are evaluated within the scope of this paragraph and the

authority to dispose of all these issues belongs to Lemon8Games alone.

6.3. The content and other intellectual or other property rights

belonging to third parties or institutions that are given access on

Lemon8Games sites belong to the liability and property owners arising

from the use of the elements, contents or publications subject to the

right.

6.4. Access to all content of third parties accessed from Lemon8Games

sites is subject to the user's discretion.

6.5. Lemon8Games reserves the right to recourse against the user in

the event that Lemon8Games is harmed due to all actions of the user

that are unlawful or in any way cause damage and dispute to all

content of third parties accessed from the Lemon8Games sites.

7. LIABILITY OF THIRD PARTIES

7.1. Due to the content and publications belonging to third parties

or institutions, including the advertisements accessed by the user

through Lemon8Games sites in any way, the user can not file a

complaint/lawsuit directly, indirectly, alone and together with the

right holders, and no liability can be imposed by the user against

Lemon8Games.

7.2. When the user uses the services, games, content and other

services offered on Lemon8Games sites, which are protected by

intellectual property, brand, design and other legal regulations and

whose intellectual and industrial rights belong to Lemon8Games in

general, they will be deemed to have accepted this contract.

7.3. The user who has the will not to accept the provisions of this

agreement or the site or the methods of use of the site content must

leave the Lemon8Games sites and not benefit from the services or

products offered.

7.4. The person or persons who create and publish the relevant

content are solely and completely responsible for the entry of forums,

profiles, blogs, news or similar content that the user can create and

publish from the relevant parts and sections of the Lemon8Games sites,

and Lemon8Games cannot be held responsible for such content.

8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1. The trademarks and other signs used by Lemon8Games in the supply

of site content to users are the exclusive property of Lemon8Games.

8.2. This Agreement does not grant the user and/or other third parties

any partial or total rights over the elements and signs that are the

exclusive property of Lemon8Games.

8.3. The User knows and accepts that all kinds of games, content,

materials, documents, information, graphics, designs, products,

in-game accounts, in-game products, e-mail services, software, updates

and other similar services offered from the Lemon8Games sites are

protected by the Intellectual and Artistic Works Law No. 5846, the

Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and other legislation.

8.4. Lemon8Games has the right to temporarily or permanently stop,

change or discontinue all services offered within the scope of game

services in whole or in part. The User agrees that they shall not make

any claims against Lemon8Games in the event that Lemon8Games temporarily

or permanently ceases or terminates the provision of site content and

services in this manner.

8.5. Lemon8Games does not guarantee the stability or uninterruptedness

of the services or content offered on this site.

8.6. In the event that temporary or permanent changes are made to some

or all of the games, publications, content and other elements on the

Lemon8Games sites or accessed through the sites, Users shall not have

any right to any claim and/or compensation under any name against

Lemon8Games.

8.7. The User acknowledges and agrees that all of the assets listed in

this article and the right and license to dispose of them are the sole

property of Lemon8Games.

8.8. By this notification, Lemon8Games shall be deemed to be aware of

all kinds of personal initiatives and responsibilities of those who

use, benefit from or try to access the games and/or any other services

directly or indirectly related to them.

8.9. The User declares that they accept the Agreement as well as the

Lemon8Games Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this

Agreement.

8.10. The User agrees not to violate the services and contents of

Lemon8Games, not to take advantage of gaps, not to reverse engineer,

decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise falsify them, or to encourage

or assist anyone else in these matters.

9. ACCESS AND LIMITATION

9.1. In the event that the services or contents of the Lemon8Games

sites are used by the User in violation of the terms of this Agreement,

Lemon8Games has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the

user's access.

9.2. If Lemon8Games makes a saving as in 8.4, the user has no right to

object to this transaction.

9.3. The user cannot transfer or make use of the passwords, usernames

or any other rights given to them in order to benefit from Lemon8Games

services.

9.4. The User knows and accepts that the account information they use

to access the content offered on the Lemon8Games sites and the virtual

goods created within the accounts, account balance, account character

and other account features do not have any commercial or material

value. All assets listed in this paragraph are offered to the user for

entertainment purposes, which is the purpose of the Site. It does not

include the purpose of commercial use. Betting, gambling, etc. cannot

be used for illegal purposes.

9.5. The User knows and accepts that the content offered on the

Lemon8Games sites, and in particular the games and any services

connected with them, are not the result of luck or coincidence.

9.6. The User undertakes to obtain each of the services and contents

offered on the Lemon8Games sites in accordance with the terms and

conditions of use to which it is subject. They agree not to use any

third party tools, programs, software or elements contrary to this,

including but not limited to "hack", "cheat", "bot", "cheat file",

"mod" and or automation programs regarding the Site Content.

9.7. Any applications, content or code or other elements or data

played or downloaded through Lemon8Games sites shall be used within

the scope of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law and relevant

laws and international conventions and subject to the terms of use

mentioned herein.

9.8. Lemon8Games has the right and authority to temporarily or

permanently suspend and/or permanently close user accounts that are

not continuously accessed by the user for a period of 6 months as of

the last login date.

10. USER CONNECTION AND EQUIPMENT

10.1. In order to benefit from the content or services offered by the

Lemon8Games sites, users and members must have the necessary

connection infrastructure and other equipment.

10.2. Any disruption arising from service providers, infrastructure or

the User regarding the Internet connection is the sole responsibility

of the user.

10.3. If the services offered by Lemon8Games are utilized, the time

and frequency of utilization/usage of the service shall be freely

determined by Lemon8Games.

10.4. The highest possible technological measures shall be taken by

Lemon8Games to ensure the security of the accounts.

10.5. The User accepts and undertakes that he/she is primarily and

directly responsible for his/her obligations to ensure the security of

his/her accounts.

10.6. The use of Lemon8Games content and services may require necessary

and compatible devices, internet access and certain software.

11. IRRESPONSIBILITY

11.1. In the event that the game accounts and/or any elements in these

accounts are temporarily or permanently lost or become unusable due to

the effect of technical reasons, Lemon8Games cannot be held responsible.

11.2. While benefiting from the content and services offered by

Lemon8Games; the use of advertisements, unfair competition,

correspondence about terrorism, republic, state, religion, racism,

drugs, politicians, other legal entities, pornographic content, the

use of slang words or behaviors aimed at harassing other players or

insulting the moral memory of Atatürk is prohibited.

11.3. The user may be deprived of access to services or content

related to a temporary or permanent period by Lemon8Games in case of

contrary use.

11.4. Lemon8Games is responsible for the removal of such illegal

content from the relevant accounts or site contents only to the extent

possible by its technical capabilities.

11.5. Lemon8Games cannot be held responsible for the consequences of

the user's use of these services and contents in accordance with the

laws in force on the basis of the country or region in which he/she is

located.

11.6. Some content and games made available to users through the

Lemon8Games sites are content that can only be published by providing

access through the site without the broadcast and license rights

belonging to Lemon8Games.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY IN ACCOUNT USAGE

12.1. The User accepts that he/she is solely responsible for the

obligation not to share the information that provides access rights to

the account he/she owns with any third party or institution.

12.2. Lemon8Games is not responsible for damages arising from

unauthorized use of the User account.

12.3. The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information

when opening an account on the Lemon8Games sites.

12.4. The User agrees that Lemon8Games may store/record and use the

User's registration information to operate User accounts.

12.5. Lemon8Games is authorized to apply all kinds of legal

technological and legal measures to the relevant account and the User

in case of detection of the User's transactions or actions contrary to

the commitments subject to this article.

13. CONSENT

13.1. Lemon8Games is used to notify users of new products/services,

promotions, campaigns, etc. by e-mail, SMS or other communication

tools, based on the written consent and information of the user.

13.2. The Lemon8Games sites and users consent to the processing of

personal data of notifications or promotions in accordance with this

article, and users can obtain it by checking the "Stop Receiving

Emails" option when they want to stop receiving such e-mails.

14. RIGHT OF COMPENSATION AND RECOURSE

14.1. The User hereby accepts that all of these shall be borne by the

user personally and alone and Lemon8Games shall be exempted from such

expenses against all kinds of lawsuits, claims, damages, losses,

responsibilities and expenses arising from the violation of the site

privacy principles or other documents and rule documents.

14.2. The User agrees, at the request of Lemon8Games, to protect the

Company, its shareholders, partners, affiliates, directors, employees,

agencies or suppliers, licenses, distributors, content suppliers and

other persons providing services from all damages, liabilities,

losses, judgments, claims, litigation rights and all expenses,

including attorneys' fees and expenses.

15. EXEMPTION FROM WARRANTY

15.1. Lemon8Games does not make any commitment or guarantee to the

user regarding the site and its contents; defect, record, third party

ownership, intellectual property, continuity, accuracy, reliability,

quality, uninterruptedness, any qualification other than the content

or the existence of the content or the time period other than the

period in which the publication continues.

16. REMUNERATION AND PAYMENT

16.1. Some of the content offered from the Lemon8Games sites may be

paid and some may be free. Lemon8Games has the right and authority to

determine which of the contents, in what way, for what period, will be

charged or offered free of charge.

16.2. All kinds of user transactions made through the Lemon8Games

sites and their transaction fees, if any, are at the disposal and

responsibility of the User.

16.3. The user can use the options regarding the payment transactions

offered on the site, which he/she decides and deems appropriate.

16.4. In the case of transactions made with the Virtual POS/Credit

Card payment option, the User's credit card information requested on

the payment page is not kept on the servers of Lemon8Games or the

companies serving it.

16.5. Lemon8Games takes various security measures to protect your user

information. However, you should always be careful when sharing your

information online.

16.6. All credit card and personal information of the user is

encrypted with the SSL Secure system.

16.7. The validity periods of in-game currencies (Nova Crystals,

L-money) and other means of purchase, if any, used in the acquisition

and use of the Content offered are determined by Lemon8Games.

16.8. In-game currencies are tools that are exclusive to Lemon8Games,

which are not accepted as a means of payment by third parties or

institutions, and do not have the qualification of electronic or

virtual money. The validity period of these currencies is one (1) year

from the date of acquisition by the user.

16.9. Without prejudice to the relevant law, except for the cases

expressly stipulated in this contract, fees and other fees (including

in-game currency) applicable to the services that are fully or

partially paid shall be paid in advance and shall not be refunded.

16.10. Lemon8Games is not responsible for the compensation of the

damaging consequences arising from the payments to be made by the

user from the site.

17. CONTENT COMPLIANCE

17.1. Players have the authority to check and decide on the

suitability of all kinds of games, publications, content and other

elements on or accessed through the Lemon8Games sites for the age

groups of the users.

17.2. If the age of the user is below the legal age limit (minor), it

is strongly recommended that he/she notify his/her legal

representatives.

17.3. The user confirms that he/she is of the appropriate age limit or

restrictions specified for the product and that he/she can accept the

conditions, obligations, declarations and responsibilities specified

in this contract with full capacity and ability.

17.4. According to the applicable age restriction or other restrictions;

(i) if the user is an adult or (ii) even if he/she is underage, he/she

must be declared of age or a valid consent must be obtained from one of

his/her legal guardians to be bound by this contract. Companies, limited

liability companies, partnerships, and other corporate or business

entities may not create accounts.

17.5. The parents declare and agree that the user is responsible for all

use of the minor's account in relation to the minor's account use.

17.6. Due to the content and services offered on the Lemon8Games sites,

no legal relationship or commitment between the user and other persons

or institutions is guaranteed.

17.7. (v3.1) Minimum age. Galaxia may not be used by persons under

the age of 13. By creating an account the user declares that they are

13 years of age or older. Users between 13 and 18 may only use the

service with the knowledge and consent of a legal guardian, as set out

in 17.4. Lemon8Games does not knowingly collect personal data from

children under 13; accounts found to belong to children under 13 will

be deleted together with their data.

18. HEADINGS AND COMMENTS

18.1. The article headings used in this Agreement are included only

for ease of reading and understanding. Article headings are not taken

into account in the interpretation of the Contract.

19. PARTIAL INVALIDITY

19.1. If any of the provisions of this agreement is found to be

invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be

restated to the extent necessary to make such provision enforceable to

the fullest extent permitted by Lemon8Games. The remainder of this

agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

20. STATEMENT OF LIMITED LIABILITY

20.1. Lemon8Games shall not be liable to the user or third parties in

any way whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential,

personal, punitive or multiple damages arising from any gross

negligence and consequences arising from the use or misuse of the

Lemon8Games sites and its contents.

20.2. The user agrees that the service, software, content, games and

all other services are provided on an "as is" basis and that his/her

use of the service is entirely at his/her own risk and responsibility.

Lemon8Games does not guarantee that the service will meet the user's

requirements or that the service will be timely, secure and error-free

without interruption.

20.3. In case of violation of the rights and powers of the User under

this contract by third parties, the User has the right to file a

lawsuit or complain against the violators.

20.4. Under no circumstances, the User may claim an amount greater

than the individual payment amount for a single transaction against

Lemon8Games.

21. EFFECT OF FORCE MAJEURE

21.1. Lemon8Games shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform

this agreement due to events beyond the control of Lemon8Games,

including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, war,

terrorist attacks, riots, embargoes/blockades, practices of civil or

military administrations, fire, flood, accident, strike or restriction

of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or material

shortages.

22. ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER

22.1. The User may not transfer any rights or powers directly or

indirectly held by him/her under this agreement to third parties or

institutions without the written consent of Lemon8Games.

22.2. Lemon8Games may transfer or assign or transfer all kinds of

rights or powers or debts or obligations it has under this Agreement,

in whole or in part, to third parties or institutions at any time,

provided that it notifies the user.

23. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Personal Data Protection Policy and Information Text explaining

the use and protection of your personal information is published on

www.playlemon8.com and applies to playgalaxia.com as well.

24. AUTHORITY

24.1. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the

implementation of this contract shall be finally settled by arbitration

in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of Izmir Enforcement Offices

and the Arbitration Center of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.

The seat of arbitration shall be Ankara/Turkey. The language of

arbitration shall be Turkish. The number of arbitrators is 1. Turkish

law shall apply to the merits of the dispute.

25. CONCLUSIVE EVIDENCE

25.1. Lemon8Games books and records are accepted as exclusive

conclusive evidence in the settlement of disputes arising from the

implementation of this contract.

26. INTERPRETATION OF THE EFFECT OF THE CONTRACT

26.1. Acceptance of this Agreement by the user, its execution by and

between Lemon8Games and the user, or the user's use of the Lemon8Games

sites or contents shall not create any joint venture, partnership,

employment or agency relationship.

27. NON-WAIVER

27.1. Lemon8Games' failure to enforce any provision of this agreement

shall in no event be construed as a waiver.

27.2. Lemon8Games' definitive waiver of any provision or term of this

agreement does not constitute a waiver of its obligation to act in

accordance with that provision or term in the future.

28. ALLIANCE WARFARE AND DIPLOMACY CONDUCT (v3.0)

28.1. Galaxia provides cooperative and competitive alliance features

including alliance war declarations, diplomatic relations

(non-aggression pacts), and Alliance Combat Support (ACS). By using

these features you agree to the conduct rules below.

28.2. Alliance war and ACS outcomes are determined by the

server-authoritative game engine. The User accepts that combat losses,

debris, loot, and war scoreboards reflected by the server are final.

28.3. Abuse of the war or diplomacy systems — including but not limited

to coordinated harassment of beginner-protected players, exploiting

non-aggression pacts to evade legitimate consequences, or automating

ACS coordination through unauthorized clients — is prohibited and may

result in account sanctions under Section 14 (account suspension).

28.4. Beginner protection is a player-safety mechanism. Attempts to

circumvent it through any means are a violation of these terms.

28.5. Empire progression systems (player class, lifeforms, moons,

fleet presets) are part of the game balance. Using exploits, modified

clients, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in these

systems is prohibited and subject to the anti-cheat provisions of this

agreement.

29. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND MODERATION (v3.1)

29.1. Galaxia allows users to create and share content visible to

other players, including but not limited to usernames, planet names,

alliance names, tags, descriptions, announcements, and player-to-player

messages ("User Content").

29.2. **Lemon8Games has zero tolerance for objectionable content and

abusive users.** User Content must comply with the Galaxia Game Rules

accepted at registration. Content that is illegal, harassing,

threatening, hateful, obscene, or that infringes the rights of others

is prohibited.

29.3. The user grants Lemon8Games a non-exclusive, worldwide,

royalty-free licence to store, display, and moderate User Content

solely for the purpose of operating the service.

29.4. Lemon8Games may, at its sole discretion and without prior

notice, filter, edit, hide, or remove any User Content and apply

account sanctions (warning, mute, temporary or permanent ban) to users

who violate these terms or the Game Rules.

29.5. Users can report objectionable content or abusive users from

within the application and block other users from contacting them.

Reports are reviewed by the moderation team; users may contact

support@playgalaxia.com for appeals.

Aşağıdaki sözleşme Galaxia'ya (playgalaxia.com) ve diğer

Lemon8Games platform ve hizmetlerine erişim ile kullanımınızı

düzenler.*

Lütfen aşağıdaki kullanıcı sözleşmesini dikkatlice okuyun.

Sözleşmeyi kabul etmeniz hâlinde Lemon8Games tarafından sunulan

oyun içeriği ve hizmetlerinden yararlanabilirsiniz. Aşağıdaki

"Kabul ediyorum" düğmesine tıklayarak ve/veya platform içeriğine

ya da hizmetlerine erişerek bu kullanım koşullarını okuduğunuzu,

anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi beyan etmiş olursunuz.

1. Sözleşmenin Tarafları

1.1. Bu Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi'nin tarafları "Lemon8Games Yazılım

Teknoloji Reklam Pazarlama Ltd. Şti." ile "Kullanıcı"dır.

1.2. Bu sözleşmede Kullanıcı ve Lemon8Games tek başlarına "Taraf",

birlikte "Taraflar" olarak anılır.

1.3. "Lemon8Games" Lemon8Games Yazılım Teknoloji Reklam

Pazarlama Ltd. Şti.'ni ifade eder.

1.4. "Kullanıcı" Lemon8Games sitelerine ve oyunlarına

(playgalaxia.com dahil) üyelik olsun veya olmasın erişen, sunulan

ürün ve/veya hizmetlerden faydalanan tüm gerçek ve tüzel kişileri

ifade eder.

1.5. "Site" Lemon8Games platform ve oyunlarını

(www.playlemon8.com ve playgalaxia.com dahil) ifade eder.

2. Sözleşmenin Konusu

2.1. Bu Sözleşme ile Lemon8Games tarafından sunulan oyunlar,

uygulamalar, web siteleri (www.playlemon8.com, playgalaxia.com)

ve diğer hizmetlerden yararlanma izinlerinin koşulları

belirlenir. Lemon8Games siteleri ve oyunları yalnızca eğlence

amaçlı kullanılabilir; ticari amaçla, gelir elde etmek için veya

benzer bir amaçla kullanım mümkün değildir.

2.2. Lemon8Games, sözleşme koşullarını, Gizlilik Politikası ve

Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi'ni dilediği zaman kısmen veya tamamen

güncelleme, değiştirme yetkisine sahiptir. Değişiklikler Site ve

Uygulamalarda yayımlandıkları tarihten itibaren geçerlidir.

2.3. Kullanıcı, Lemon8Games tarafından yapılan değişikliklerden

haberdar edilmediğini ileri süremez.

3. Yetkisiz Erişim Yasağı

3.1. Kullanıcı, hesap erişim bilgilerini geçici veya kalıcı

olarak hiçbir şekilde üçüncü kişilere kullandıramaz. Aksine

durumlarda hesap askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.

3.2. Hesap sahibi, hesabının başkaları tarafından kullanılmasının

sonuçlarından münhasıran sorumludur. Sunulan hizmet kişisel

kullanıma yöneliktir; alt-lisanslama, kiralama, ödünç verme veya

devretme yapılamaz.

3.3. Yetkisiz erişim ve kullanım hukuka aykırı sayıldığı ölçüde

yasal yaptırımlara konu olabilir.

3.4. Kullanıcı, yukarıdaki yasal yaptırım riskinden haberdar

olduğunu ve hesap kullanılan kişilerle birlikte sonuçlardan

müştereken sorumlu olduğunu kabul eder.

3.5. Yetkisiz erişim ve kullanım, kullanıcıya bu sözleşme

kapsamında "Kullanıcı" sıfatına bağlı hak ve unvanları sağlamaz.

3.6. Bu Sözleşme, taraflar arasında herhangi bir işbirliği,

ortaklık veya hak devri ilişkisi olarak nitelendirilemez.

3.7. Yetkisiz erişimden kaynaklanan zararlardan kullanıcı ve

yetkisiz kişiler/kurumlar şahsen ve müştereken sorumludur.

4. Sözleşmenin Yürürlüğe Girmesi

4.1. Bu Sözleşme, kullanıcının site içeriğine erişim sağladığı

andan itibaren bağlayıcı şekilde kurulmuş sayılır.

4.2. Sözleşme, kullanıcının siteye erişimi ve içeriklerden

yararlanması süresince yürürlükte kalır.

4.3. Kullanıcı, hesabını kapatarak ve Lemon8Games'i yazılı olarak

bilgilendirerek sözleşmeyi sona erdirebilir. Lemon8Games,

sözleşmeye aykırı davranış tespit ederse hesabı askıya alabilir

veya sözleşmeyi feshedebilir.

4.4. Lemon8Games, teknolojik gelişmeler, mevzuat değişiklikleri,

yenilikler ve geliştirmeler nedeniyle kısmi veya bütünsel

değişiklikler, eklemeler ve güncellemeler yapma yetkisine

sahiptir.

5. Fikri Mülkiyet

5.1. Lemon8Games sitelerinde ve oyunlarında (Galaxia dahil)

sunulan tüm oyun, içerik ve hizmetler Lemon8Games'in mülkiyetindedir.

5.2. Tüm metin, grafik, kullanıcı arayüzü, görsel arayüz, yazılım,

kaynak kodu, API, fotoğraf, ses, müzik, video, etkileşimli

özellik, ticari marka ve logo Lemon8Games'in mülkiyetinde olup

ilgili fikri ve sınai mülkiyet kanunları ile korunmaktadır.

5.3. Kullanıcı tarafından usulüne uygun edinilen içerik, mülkiyet

hakkı tanımaz; yalnızca kişisel kullanım sınırı içinde kullanım

hakkı verir. 5846 sayılı Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu hükümleri

bu konuda geçerlidir.

5.4. Kullanıcının elde ettiği tüm ürün, hizmet veya içerik

Lemon8Games tarafından belirlenen koşullara uygun şekilde

kullanılmalıdır.

5.5. Kullanıcının elde ettiği içerik üzerindeki kullanım hakkı,

ilgili içeriğin kullanım koşullarına tabi olarak münhasıran

edinen kullanıcıya aittir.

5.6. İçerik yalnızca sunum ve elde edinim amacıyla kullanılır;

işleme, değiştirme, çoğaltma, kopyalama vb. işlemler yapılamaz.

5.7. Bazı içerik veya ürünler yalnızca belirli bir süre için

sunulur; süresi dolan içeriklere erişim, kopyalama, dağıtım veya

paylaşım yapılamaz.

6. Üçüncü Taraf İçerikleri

6.1. Lemon8Games sitelerinden üçüncü tarafların reklamları dahil

çeşitli dijital medyaya, web sitelerine, ürünlere veya içeriklere

erişilebilir.

6.2. Üçüncü taraf içeriklerine erişim, yönlendirme veya benzeri

prosedürler kapsamında verilen tasarruf yetkisi münhasıran

Lemon8Games'e aittir; ancak içerikten doğan sorumluluk

sahiplerinindir.

6.3. Üçüncü tarafların fikri ve mülkiyet hakları kendilerine

aittir.

6.4. Üçüncü taraf içeriklerine erişim kullanıcının takdirindedir.

6.5. Lemon8Games, kullanıcının üçüncü taraf içeriklerle ilgili

hukuka aykırı eylemlerinden zarar görmesi hâlinde rücu hakkını

saklı tutar.

7. Üçüncü Taraf Sorumluluğu

7.1. Üçüncü tarafların reklam ve yayınlarından kaynaklanan

sorunlardan kullanıcı Lemon8Games'i sorumlu tutamaz.

7.2. Hizmetleri kullanan kullanıcı bu sözleşmeyi kabul etmiş

sayılır.

7.3. Sözleşme veya site kullanım yöntemlerini kabul etmek

istemeyen kullanıcı Lemon8Games sitesinden ayrılmalı ve

hizmetlerden yararlanmamalıdır.

7.4. Forum, profil, blog vb. kullanıcı içeriklerinden tek

sorumlu içeriği oluşturan ve yayımlayan kişidir.

8. Fikri ve Sınai Mülkiyet

8.1. Lemon8Games tarafından kullanılan markalar ve diğer

işaretler Lemon8Games'in münhasır mülkiyetindedir.

8.2. Bu Sözleşme, kullanıcıya veya üçüncü taraflara Lemon8Games'in

mülkiyetindeki unsurlar üzerinde kısmi veya bütünsel hak vermez.

8.3. Sunulan oyunlar, içerikler ve hizmetler 5846 sayılı Fikir ve

Sanat Eserleri Kanunu, 6769 sayılı Sınai Mülkiyet Kanunu ve

diğer mevzuat ile korunmaktadır.

8.4. Lemon8Games, sunduğu hizmetleri kısmen veya tamamen,

geçici veya kalıcı olarak durdurma, değiştirme veya sonlandırma

hakkına sahiptir; kullanıcı bu durumda herhangi bir talepte

bulunamaz.

8.5. Lemon8Games, hizmet veya içeriğin sürekliliği veya

kesintisizliği garanti etmez.

8.6. Geçici veya kalıcı değişiklikler hâlinde kullanıcı talep

veya tazminat hakkına sahip değildir.

8.7. Bu maddedeki tüm varlıklar üzerinde tasarruf hakkı

münhasıran Lemon8Games'e aittir.

8.8. Lemon8Games, hizmetlere veya oyunlara erişen kişilerin

kişisel inisiyatif ve sorumluluklarından haberdar sayılır.

8.9. Kullanıcı, bu Sözleşme ile birlikte ayrılmaz parçası olan

Gizlilik Politikası'nı da kabul eder.

8.10. Kullanıcı, Lemon8Games hizmet ve içeriklerini ihlâl

etmeyeceğini, açıklardan yararlanmayacağını, ters mühendislik

yapmayacağını veya başkalarını teşvik etmeyeceğini taahhüt eder.

9. Erişim ve Sınırlama

9.1. Kullanıcının sözleşmeye aykırı kullanımı hâlinde

Lemon8Games erişimi geçici veya kalıcı olarak sona erdirme

hakkına sahiptir.

9.2. Madde 8.4'teki tasarruflar hâlinde kullanıcı itiraz edemez.

9.3. Kullanıcı şifre, kullanıcı adı veya hizmetlere ilişkin

hakları üçüncü kişilere devredemez veya ticarete konu edemez.

9.4. Hesap içindeki sanal eşyalar, bakiye, karakter ve diğer

özelliklerin ticari veya maddi değeri yoktur. Bu unsurlar

yalnızca eğlence amaçlı sunulmaktadır.

9.5. Galaxia ve bağlı hizmetler şans veya tesadüf sonucu

değildir.

9.6. Kullanıcı, "hack", "cheat", "bot", "cheat dosyası", "mod"

veya otomasyon programları gibi üçüncü parti araç, program veya

yazılımları kullanmamayı taahhüt eder.

9.7. Lemon8Games sitelerinden indirilen tüm uygulama, içerik veya

kod, fikri ve sınai mülkiyet hukuku ile diğer kanunlara uygun

olarak kullanılmalıdır.

9.8. Lemon8Games, son giriş tarihinden itibaren 6 ay süreyle

erişilmeyen pasif hesapları geçici veya kalıcı olarak askıya alma

ve kapatma yetkisine sahiptir.

10. Bağlantı ve Ekipman

10.1. Lemon8Games hizmetlerinden yararlanmak için gerekli

bağlantı ve ekipman kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

10.2. İnternet bağlantısından kaynaklanan kesintilerden

Lemon8Games sorumlu tutulamaz.

10.3. Hizmetlerin kullanım süresi ve sıklığı Lemon8Games

tarafından belirlenir.

10.4. Lemon8Games hesap güvenliği için en yüksek teknolojik

önlemleri alır.

10.5. Hesap güvenliğinden kullanıcı doğrudan sorumludur.

10.6. Hizmetlerin kullanımı uyumlu cihaz, internet erişimi ve

belirli yazılımlar gerektirebilir.

11. Sorumsuzluk

11.1. Teknik nedenlerden dolayı oyun hesaplarının veya

içeriklerinin kayıp olmasından Lemon8Games sorumlu tutulamaz.

11.2. Reklamı, haksız rekabet, terör, devlet, din, ırkçılık,

uyuşturucu, siyaset, pornografik içerik, argo veya Atatürk'ün

manevi hatırasına yönelik hakaret gibi konular ile diğer

kullanıcıları rahatsız etmeyi amaçlayan davranışlar yasaktır.

11.3. Aksine kullanım hâlinde kullanıcı geçici veya kalıcı

süreyle erişimden yoksun bırakılabilir.

11.4. Lemon8Games, hukuka aykırı içeriği yalnızca teknik imkânları

dahilinde kaldırmaktan sorumludur.

11.5. Lemon8Games, kullanıcının bulunduğu ülke veya bölgenin

kanunlarından kaynaklanan sonuçlardan sorumlu değildir.

11.6. Üçüncü taraf yayın haklarına sahip oyunlar için

sorumluluk yayıncıya aittir.

12. Hesap Kullanımında Gizlilik

12.1. Hesap erişim bilgilerinin gizliliğini sağlamak ve üçüncü

kişilerle paylaşmamak münhasıran kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

Güvenlik ihlali derhal Lemon8Games'e bildirilmelidir.

12.2. Yetkisiz hesap kullanımından doğan zararlardan

Lemon8Games sorumlu değildir.

12.3. Kullanıcı, hesap açılışında doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi vermeyi

ve güncel tutmayı kabul eder.

12.4. Lemon8Games, kayıt bilgilerini hesap işletimi için

saklayabilir ve kullanabilir.

12.5. Lemon8Games, sözleşmeye aykırı işlem tespit ettiğinde

hesaba ilişkin hukuki ve teknik tedbirleri uygulama yetkisine

sahiptir.

13. Onay

13.1. Lemon8Games, kullanıcıya yeni ürün/hizmet, promosyon ve

kampanyaları e-posta, SMS veya diğer iletişim araçlarıyla

kullanıcının yazılı onayı çerçevesinde bildirebilir.

13.2. Kullanıcı bu tür bildirimleri "E-postaları Almayı Durdur"

seçeneği ile kapatabilir.

14. Tazminat ve Rücu Hakkı

14.1. Kullanıcının sözleşmeye veya gizlilik prensiplerine

aykırılığından doğan tüm dava, talep, zarar ve giderlerden

kullanıcı şahsen ve münferiden sorumludur.

14.2. Kullanıcı, Lemon8Games ve bağlı şirketlerini, ortaklarını,

yöneticilerini, çalışanlarını, ajansları ve tedarikçilerini

zarardan korumayı taahhüt eder.

15. Garanti İstisnası

15.1. Lemon8Games site ve içerikleri "olduğu gibi" sunmakta

olup; kusursuzluk, doğruluk, güvenilirlik, kalite veya

kesintisizlik garantisi vermez.

16. Ücret ve Ödeme

16.1. Bazı içerikler ücretli, bazıları ücretsiz olabilir;

Lemon8Games hangi içeriğin nasıl ücretlendirileceğini

belirleme yetkisine sahiptir.

16.2. Kullanıcı işlemleri ve ücretleri kullanıcının

sorumluluğundadır.

16.3. Ödeme seçeneklerinden uygun olanı kullanıcı seçebilir.

16.4. Sanal POS / Kredi kartı ile yapılan işlemlerde kart

bilgileri Lemon8Games sunucularında saklanmaz.

16.5. Lemon8Games kullanıcı bilgilerini korumak için güvenlik

önlemleri alır; ancak internet ortamında tam güvenlik garanti

edilemez.

16.6. Tüm kart ve kişisel bilgiler SSL Secure ile şifrelenir.

16.7. Oyun içi para birimlerinin (Nova Crystals vb.) geçerlilik

süresi Lemon8Games tarafından belirlenir.

16.8. Oyun içi para birimleri yalnızca Lemon8Games'e özgüdür;

üçüncü kişilerce ödeme aracı olarak kabul edilmez ve elektronik

veya sanal para niteliği taşımaz. Kullanıcı tarafından elde

edilen tarihten itibaren 1 yıl içinde kullanılmayan birimler

kullanılamaz.

16.9. İlgili kanun saklı kalmak kaydıyla, ücretler peşin

ödenir ve iade edilmez.

16.10. Kullanıcının ödeme yaparken karşılaştığı zararlardan

Lemon8Games sorumlu değildir.

17. İçerik Uyumluluğu

17.1. Galaxia ve içeriklerin yaş gruplarına uygunluğunu

denetleme yetkisi oyuncularındır.

17.2. Yaşı küçük kullanıcının yasal temsilcileri bilgilendirmesi

önerilir.

17.3. Kullanıcı, ürün için belirlenen yaş sınırına uygun

olduğunu ve sözleşmeyi tam yetki ve ehliyetle kabul ettiğini

beyan eder.

17.4. Şirketler, limited şirketler, ortaklıklar ve diğer

kurumlar hesap oluşturamaz.

17.5. Velayet altındakilerin hesabıyla ilgili ebeveynler

sorumludur.

17.6. Oyunda diğer kullanıcılarla yapılan iletişimden

Lemon8Games hukuki sorumluluk kabul etmez.

17.7. (v3.1) Asgari yaş. Galaxia, 13 yaşından küçük kişiler

tarafından kullanılamaz. Hesap oluşturan kullanıcı 13 yaşında veya

daha büyük olduğunu beyan eder. 13-18 yaş arası kullanıcılar hizmeti

yalnızca yasal temsilcilerinin bilgisi ve rızası dahilinde

kullanabilir. Lemon8Games, 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel

veri toplamaz; 13 yaş altına ait olduğu tespit edilen hesaplar

verileriyle birlikte silinir.

18. Başlıklar

Madde başlıkları yalnızca okunabilirlik içindir; sözleşme

yorumunda dikkate alınmaz.

19. Kısmi Geçersizlik

Sözleşmenin herhangi bir hükmünün geçersiz olması, diğer

hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez.

20. Sınırlı Sorumluluk Beyanı

20.1. Lemon8Games, herhangi bir doğrudan, dolaylı, arızi, kişisel,

cezai veya çoklu zararlardan sorumlu değildir.

20.2. Hizmet, yazılım, içerik, oyun ve diğer hizmetler "olduğu

gibi" sunulur; kullanıcı bunu kullanma riski ve sorumluluğunu

kendisi üstlenir.

20.3. Üçüncü kişiler tarafından kullanıcının haklarının ihlali

hâlinde kullanıcı şikayet veya dava hakkına sahiptir;

Lemon8Games yasal süre içinde delil sağlayarak destek olur.

20.4. Kullanıcının Lemon8Games'e karşı talebi tek bir işlem

için yaptığı ödeme miktarını aşamaz.

21. Mücbir Sebep

21.1. Doğal afet, savaş, terör saldırısı, ayaklanma,

ambargo, sivil/askeri yönetim uygulamaları, yangın, sel, kaza,

grev veya yakıt/enerji/işgücü/malzeme kıtlığı gibi Lemon8Games'in

kontrolü dışındaki olaylardan kaynaklanan gecikme veya

ifa edememe Lemon8Games'i sorumlu kılmaz.

22. Devir ve Temlik

22.1. Kullanıcı sözleşme kapsamındaki haklarını

Lemon8Games'in yazılı izni olmadan üçüncü kişilere devredemez.

22.2. Lemon8Games, sözleşme kapsamındaki haklarını veya

sorumluluklarını üçüncü kişilere kullanıcıya bildirim yaparak

devredebilir.

23. Gizlilik

Kişisel verilerinizin korunması ve kullanımına ilişkin Gizlilik

Politikası ve Aydınlatma Metni playgalaxia.com'da yayınlanmıştır.

24. Yetkili Merci

24.1. Bu sözleşmeden doğan tüm uyuşmazlıklar İzmir İcra Daireleri

ve Türkiye Barolar Birliği Tahkim Merkezi Tahkim Kuralları

uyarınca tahkim yoluyla kesin olarak çözülür. Tahkim yeri

Ankara/Türkiye, dili Türkçe, hakem sayısı 1'dir. Esasa Türk hukuku

uygulanır.

25. Kesin Delil

25.1. Lemon8Games defter ve kayıtları, sözleşme uygulamasından

doğan uyuşmazlıkların çözümünde münhasıran kesin delil olarak

kabul edilir.

26. Sözleşmenin Yorumu

26.1. Bu Sözleşme, taraflar arasında ortak girişim, ortaklık,

işveren-işçi veya temsil ilişkisi yaratmaz.

27. Vazgeçmeme

27.1. Lemon8Games'in herhangi bir hükmü uygulamaması, ilgili

hükümden vazgeçtiği anlamına gelmez.

27.2. Lemon8Games'in bir hükümden kesin olarak vazgeçmesi,

gelecekte de o hükmü uygulamak zorunda olmayacağı anlamına

gelmez.

28. İTTİFAK SAVAŞI VE DİPLOMASİ KURALLARI (v3.0)

28.1. Galaxia; ittifak savaş ilanı, diplomatik ilişkiler (saldırmazlık

paktları) ve İttifak Savaş Desteği (ACS) dahil kooperatif ve rekabetçi

ittifak özellikleri sunar. Bu özellikleri kullanarak aşağıdaki kurallara

uymayı kabul edersiniz.

28.2. İttifak savaşı ve ACS sonuçları sunucu-otoriteli oyun motoru

tarafından belirlenir. Kullanıcı, sunucunun yansıttığı savaş kayıpları,

enkaz, ganimet ve savaş skor tablolarının nihai olduğunu kabul eder.

28.3. Savaş veya diplomasi sistemlerinin kötüye kullanımı - başlangıç

korumalı oyunculara koordineli taciz, meşru sonuçlardan kaçmak için

saldırmazlık paktlarını istismar etme veya ACS koordinasyonunu yetkisiz

istemcilerle otomatikleştirme dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere

• yasaktır ve hesap yaptırımlarına yol açabilir.

28.4. Başlangıç koruması bir oyuncu güvenliği mekanizmasıdır. Herhangi

bir yolla atlatmaya çalışmak bu şartların ihlalidir.

28.5. İmparatorluk ilerleme sistemleri (oyuncu sınıfı, yaşam formları,

uydular, filo şablonları) oyun dengesinin parçasıdır. Bu sistemlerde

haksız avantaj sağlamak için istismar, değiştirilmiş istemci veya

otomatik araç kullanımı yasaktır ve bu sözleşmenin hile önleme

hükümlerine tabidir.

29. KULLANICI İÇERİĞİ VE MODERASYON (v3.1)

29.1. Galaxia, kullanıcıların diğer oyunculara görünür içerik

oluşturmasına izin verir: kullanıcı adları, gezegen adları, ittifak

adları, tag'ler, açıklamalar, duyurular ve oyuncular arası mesajlar

("Kullanıcı İçeriği").

29.2. **Lemon8Games, sakıncalı içeriğe ve kötüye kullanan

kullanıcılara karşı sıfır tolerans uygular.** Kullanıcı İçeriği,

kayıt sırasında kabul edilen Galaxia Oyun Kuralları'na uygun

29.3. Kullanıcı, Kullanıcı İçeriği'nin yalnızca hizmetin işletilmesi

amacıyla saklanması, gösterilmesi ve modere edilmesi için

Lemon8Games'e münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir lisans

verir.

29.4. Lemon8Games, kendi takdirinde ve önceden bildirim yapmaksızın

herhangi bir Kullanıcı İçeriği'ni filtreleyebilir, düzenleyebilir,

gizleyebilir veya kaldırabilir; ihlalde bulunan kullanıcılara hesap

yaptırımları (uyarı, susturma, geçici veya kalıcı yasak)

uygulayabilir.

29.5. Kullanıcılar, sakıncalı içeriği veya kötüye kullanan

kullanıcıları uygulama içinden şikayet edebilir ve diğer

kullanıcıların kendileriyle iletişimini engelleyebilir. Şikayetler

moderasyon ekibi tarafından incelenir; itirazlar için

support@playgalaxia.com adresine başvurulabilir.
