Delete Your Galaxia Account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Galaxia and sign in.
2. Go to Settings > Account & Security.
3. Under Danger Zone, tap Delete Account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your profile, planets, fleets, resources, purchase entitlements, messages, security logs and login history are permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.

Without the app

If you can no longer access the app, email support@playgalaxia.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We verify ownership via that email address and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest; you will receive a confirmation when it is done.

What is deleted

• Account profile (email, username, password hash)
• All game progress (planets, fleets, research, alliances, achievements)
• Messages, combat reports and notification tokens
• Device identifiers, login history and activity logs (including IP records)
• Purchase entitlement records held by Galaxia (store receipts remain with Google/Apple under their policies)

Records we are legally required to keep (for example invoice records under Turkish tax law) are retained only for their statutory period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Hesabinizi Silme (Turkce)

1. Galaxia uygulamasini acin ve giris yapin.
2. Ayarlar > Hesap ve Guvenlik bolumune gidin.
3. Tehlikeli Bolge altindaki Hesabi Sil secenegine dokunun ve onaylayin.

Silme islemi aninda ve kalicidir: profil, gezegenler, filolar, kaynaklar, satin alma kayitlari, mesajlar, guvenlik gunlukleri ve giris gecmisi sistemlerimizden kalici olarak silinir, geri getirilemez.

Uygulamaya erisemiyorsaniz, hesabiniza kayitli e-posta adresinden support@playgalaxia.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gonderin. Talebiniz en gec 30 gun icinde tamamlanir ve size onay iletilir. Yasal saklama yukumlulugu olan kayitlar (ornegin fatura kayitlari) yalnizca yasal sureleri boyunca tutulur; ayrintilar Gizlilik Politikasi sayfasindadir.
