We reply within 2 business days. When possible, please include your in-game commander name, the device (iOS / Android model), the app version (Settings > About), and a short description of what you were doing when the issue happened.
Common questions
I cannot sign in
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login screen. If the reset email does not arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder, then email us with the account address.
A purchase did not arrive
Reopen the app once with an internet connection. Pending purchases are re-delivered automatically on the next sync. If nothing happens within 15 minutes, email us with the store receipt (App Store or Google Play) and your commander name.
I want a refund
In-app purchase refunds are handled directly by the store: for iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Android, use the order history in the Google Play app. We are not able to issue store refunds ourselves, but we can help you if a store-approved refund is not reflected in your account.
A player is harassing me
Long-press any player message to open the report and block menu. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. For urgent cases, email us with the offender's commander name and a screenshot.
Delete my account
See playgalaxia.com/delete-account. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

En gec 2 is gunu icinde donus yapariz. Mesajiniza mumkunse oyun-ici komutan adinizi, cihazi (iOS / Android modeli), uygulama surumunu (Ayarlar > Hakkinda) ve sorun aninda ne yaptiginizi kisaca ekleyin.

Giris yapamiyorum
Giris ekranindaki "Sifremi unuttum" bagini kullanin. Sifirlama e-postasi 10 dakika icinde gelmezse spam klasorunu kontrol edin, ardindan hesabin e-posta adresiyle bize yazin.
Satin aldigim urun gelmedi
Uygulamayi internet baglantisiyla bir kez daha acin; bekleyen satin alimlar bir sonraki senkronda otomatik teslim edilir. 15 dakika icinde bir sey olmazsa magaza fisini (App Store veya Google Play) ve komutan adinizi ekleyerek bize yazin.
Iade istiyorum
Uygulama-ici satin alma iadeleri dogrudan magaza tarafindan yonetilir: iOS icin reportaproblem.apple.com; Android icin Google Play uygulamasindaki siparis gecmisi. Magaza iadelerini biz yapamayiz, ancak onaylanmis bir iade hesabiniza yansimazsa yardim edebiliriz.
Bir oyuncu bana rahatsizlik veriyor
Herhangi bir oyuncu mesajina uzun basip bildir / engelle menusunu acin. Bildirimler moderasyon ekibimizce incelenir. Acil durumlar icin rahatsiz eden kullanicinin komutan adi ve ekran goruntusuyle bize yazin.
Hesabimi silmek istiyorum
Bkz. playgalaxia.com/delete-account. Silme islemi aninda ve kalicidir.
